Turn a paper form into an online one
For a paper-heavy intake process, start with the existing PDF rather than rewriting every question. Zoho Forms can detect fields and labels and rebuild the document as an editable online form. Review the detected structure before sharing it, especially where the original layout used instructions instead of labeled fields.
Image-to-form conversion handles a photographed form as another input. SmartScan serves a different purpose: it extracts information from an uploaded image to fill mapped fields in a form.
