What it does
Zoho Inventory manages stock, purchasing and sales orders. Its fulfillment tools organize picklists, packages and carrier shipments for connected storefronts.
A confirmed sales order can supply a picklist with item quantities and bin details. Group orders or items for the warehouse team, then use mobile scanning to check picked goods before packing.
Create a separate package record with the items, dimensions and weight, then arrange the shipment and carrier. This separates a customer's order from the boxes used to send it. Partial fulfillment, backorders and supplier dropshipping cover different ways to complete the sale.
US plan allowances
The current US comparison gives these organization-level limits. Paid plans have monthly and annual billing options.
| Plan | Orders/month | Users | Locations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 50 | 1 | 1 |
| Standard | 500 | 3 | 2 |
| Premium | 3,000 | 5 | 4 |
| Plus | 7,500 | 10 | 6 |
| Enterprise | 15,000 | 10 | 10 |
Premium adds serial and batch tracking; Plus includes Zoho Commerce Premium, and Enterprise adds Zoho Analytics. Additional users, orders, locations and advanced warehousing can change the subscription cost. Include carrier charges in your shipping budget.
Registration asks for company details, email, phone and a password, with mobile verification. No credit card is required to create the account.
