Zoho Vault manages passwords, passkeys and other confidential records, with access controls, sharing workflows and audit trails for organizations.
Zoho Vault is useful to assess when several employees need the same external-service login. Its access levels and time-based visibility let a team think beyond sending everyone a copy of the password. The product page also describes emergency access and activity records. Choose a small group of shared accounts and define who owns each record, who can use it and who can change access. That ownership exercise is especially useful during offboarding. Zoho lists a free plan, but compare organizational controls separately from the personal storage allowance.
