ZoogVPN

ZoogVPN Free provides 10 GB each month, five locations, one device and limited speed. Premium offers unlimited bandwidth and ten simultaneous devices. Its site lists OpenVPN and IKEv2 in the apps and configuration options for other protocols and routers. That makes the setup method worth checking before purchase, especially for a device without an app. Use the protocol-specific guidance rather than treating every listed legacy protocol as an equivalent security choice.

ZoogVPN's policy excludes visited apps/sites, timestamps, user IPs and login/logout session logs. It separately collects aggregate upload/download totals without content or destinations. An email address and password support the account, and the Free Android app uses Google AdMob advertising. Personal-data retention is purpose based with legal and dispute exceptions; the notice gives no fixed duration for its operational transfer totals. The Free plan's traffic allowance and advertising should therefore be considered alongside the connection itself.
