What it does
Zoom Scheduler lets a host publish a booking page for one-to-one, group, collective, or round-robin meetings. It can send confirmations and reminders, and Zoom describes syncing a primary calendar plus additional calendars to block conflicts. A scheduling poll supports groups that need to choose a time together.
Choose a meeting type, configure the booking page, and share its link. Invitees select a time and receive a calendar invitation and reminders; for multiple hosts, collective scheduling requires all hosts to be available, while round-robin distributes meetings across a team. The official Zoom Scheduler overview also describes scheduling polls and calendar syncing.
This is a booking product inside Zoom’s broader collaboration suite, so it may suit teams already using Zoom for meetings. The page describes a primary calendar and up to five additional linked calendars, but the currently supported providers and plan access were not verified. No calendar was connected or booking submitted during this research.
