What it does

ZoomInfo provides B2B company and contact data, buying signals and enrichment for sales teams. Account research includes organizational context and contact job changes. Eligible users can register for free Lite access with monthly credits, while premium products have separate commercial terms.

Company attributes, department structures, decision-maker details and research about initiatives help a seller understand an account. Contact tracking can notify the team when an established buyer changes roles or employers.

Two routes to Lite credits

Standard Lite requires a verified business email and excludes current or past premium enterprise subscribers. It supplies ongoing monthly credits without contact sharing. Credits refresh rather than roll over.

The optional Community upgrade adds credits in exchange for connecting a business email or CRM and contributing business-contact data. The contribution terms allow ZoomInfo to reuse and distribute that information. Removing the connection returns the account to standard credits; it does not retract data already contributed.

Use Get Started with ZoomInfo Lite Free to register, and distinguish standard access from the optional contribution arrangement when choosing the account setup.

Strengths

  • Company research includes organizational and decision-maker context
  • Standard Lite does not require contact contribution

Watch out for

  • Lite excludes current and past premium enterprise subscribers
  • The optional Community upgrade exchanges contributed business-contact data for extra credits

Best for

  • B2B sales teams researching account structures and existing relationships
