What it does
ZUMA Press supplies editorial news, sports and entertainment photography through a professional image portal. Story-led galleries and recent-coverage sections sit alongside archive search and around-the-clock agency contact.
The home page separates breaking news, people in the news and sports from premium collections and longer photo stories. New clients apply through the Site Access Registration Form, which asks for company and professional contact details. Access is granted to professional and corporate users rather than general consumers.
ZUMA’s services include image research, previews, licensing and high- or low-resolution downloads. The sales desk can also deliver selections by email, FTP or Lightbox when a brief needs staff help.
Its published standard licence allows one editorial use. Further uses require an additional payment, while advertising, promotion and packaging are excluded. Normal enhancement and cropping are permitted, but other alterations are restricted; model or property releases should not be assumed unless supplied in writing.
