What it does

Chattermill brings customer feedback into reports and dashboards for support, product and customer-experience teams. Its Feedback page connects summaries and recurring observations with the underlying comments. Platform access is quoted according to the channels, volume and governance requirements.

The Feedback page preserves one filter set across Highlights, Observations and individual comments. Observations are ranked by customer mentions, and their quotes retain the metadata available for that feedback. To reuse a selection, choose Save new segment, give it a name and save it. Segments can be used across reports, dashboards and workflows.

Build a report

Sign in and open Reports, then create a report from scratch or from a template. Choose the metric and dates, add a Breakdown and use Filters to restrict the data. Select a line, bar or table view. New series adds a comparison with its own filters. Share controls who receives the report; More contains the export option.

Missing attributes need attention in regional comparisons. Excluding London still includes feedback with no location value. Use the missing-value condition when you want to exclude those records too. A missing-value group is hidden by default in a breakdown and can be shown through the legend.

Chattermill pricing is available on request, based on the feedback sources, volume and organizational requirements. Book a demo to discuss platform access.
