What it does
Dovetail brings interviews, support conversations and other customer feedback into a shared workspace. Projects organize recordings, documents and surveys, while Channels classify ongoing feedback. Its Free plan includes one project and one channel; Enterprise adds organization-wide analysis and management features.
Dovetail addresses what happens after a study: colleagues need to find the interviews and feedback behind a product decision. Its Chat answers questions about stored material, and Docs turn findings into shareable outputs with customer clips and reels. Integrations bring in conversations from tools such as Gong and Salesforce Service Cloud. The API, a connection for custom software, can feed data from internal systems.
Free for one project
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. It includes one project, one channel and basic Chat and summaries. This suits a single study or a small collection of customer calls.
Enterprise has custom pricing. It adds unlimited projects and channels, global tags, fields, templates, redaction and access controls. Questions through Slack or Teams and organization-wide management also belong to Enterprise. Choose Try Dovetail free to create a workspace, or Contact sales for the larger setup. The homepage also promotes AI-generated Digital Twins of customer segments; these are simulated responses, not new participant interviews.
