What it does
Feedier combines feedback, reviews, tickets and business-system data in a customer-intelligence platform. It classifies signals using organizational context, produces reports and action plans, and links findings to underlying feedback and affected accounts.
Feedier combines survey comments, reviews, tickets and other customer signals with business attributes such as account or region. Its classifications use the organization's context, and summaries link back to the underlying feedback and affected accounts. A recurring delivery complaint can therefore be examined across several collection systems.
The service includes implementation and a delivery team that works with the customer on analysis and reporting.
| Plan | Business units | Connected feedback sources | Steering cadence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 1 | 3 or more | Twice per quarter |
| Advanced | Up to 3 | 5 or more | Monthly |
| Elite | Up to 6 | 10 or more | Weekly |
All three include unlimited users. Pricing is quoted for that scope; extra business units, workspaces or custom connectors can extend the commercial arrangement.
Organization members use password or single-sign-on accounts, with administrator, editor or viewer roles. For a custom integration, the private API key is under Organization Settings > API. The documented rate limit is 60 requests per minute.
