What it does

Netigate collects customer, employee, website and app feedback and combines it with analysis and workflow automation. Surveys can follow events in connected business systems, while negative responses can notify a responsible team. Annual licences start at EUR 7,000, with the final package tailored to the organization.

A closed support ticket can trigger a short satisfaction survey. If the customer gives a poor rating, Netigate can notify the relevant team. Purchases and onboarding events can also start surveys, connecting feedback to a particular stage of the customer relationship.

The platform combines survey responses with information from customer-management and support systems. Dashboards update as responses arrive, can be filtered by segment and can be exported for reports or presentations. Open-text analysis identifies themes and sentiment; Ask AI supports questions about that feedback.

Commercial access

Licences start at EUR 7,000 per year, billed annually. Request a quote for the required integrations, AI functions and business units. Netigate describes its platform as supporting unlimited users, responses and projects, while also saying that response volumes and configuration can affect the quote. Unlimited capacity therefore does not mean every deployment has the same price.

The survey application requires an account, with email/password and organizational sign-in options. Netigate offers personal onboarding and a customer-success team as part of the commercial setup.

Strengths

  • Business events can trigger feedback at a defined touchpoint.
  • Qualifying negative feedback can notify the team responsible for follow-up.

Watch out for

  • AI functionality depends on the chosen package configuration.

Best for

  • Organizations running feedback programs across several teams, markets and customer touchpoints
