What it does
SatisMeter collects NPS, customer satisfaction, effort, and product-market-fit feedback. Audience traits, events, recurring surveys, sampling, and integrations support ongoing feedback programs.
Connect SatisMeter with Segment when product traits should determine who receives a survey. Configure the widget through the integration, use recognized Segment traits to define the audience and send NPS feedback back as traits for connected tools. This keeps targeting linked to information the product already collects.
Event triggers, recurring delivery, throttling and sampling control when and how often people are asked. The allowance counts received responses rather than invitations sent.
Response capacity
Every new account starts free, without a credit card. Free access includes 25 responses per month and all survey features. Projects, team members and surveys are unlimited. Growth raises the allowance to 1,000 responses per month; larger programs can request an enterprise arrangement.
At the monthly response limit, survey sending pauses until the next billing period or an upgrade. SatisMeter does not charge an automatic overage. Its suggested active-user figures help size a plan; they are recommendations rather than enforced audience limits.
Filter the results before exporting them as CSV, or share a read-only dashboard link with someone who only needs to inspect the feedback.
