What it does
Simplesat collects customer-service feedback through CSAT, NPS, CES and five-star surveys. Follow-up actions and visibility rules tailor questions to earlier answers, while helpdesk connections carry feedback to the team handling the customer.
Choose a Simplesat metric when creating the survey, then add supporting questions on Build. Question actions can display a follow-up or finish the survey after a matching answer. Select Add actions, choose the answers or sentiments, define the action and save it. The Build page also has its own Save button.
Visibility rules work differently: they show an existing question only when an earlier answer matches. They require Pro or higher and are excluded from the free trial. Reordering questions so the controlling answer comes later removes the rule after a warning. Deleting that controlling question also removes dependent rules, making those questions visible to everyone.
A required question removes its Skip button, but it does not guarantee a complete response. Each answer is saved as it is given, and someone can close the survey midway.
