What it does
SurveyMonkey creates surveys and forms for customer satisfaction, employee feedback, events and market research. Question logic can send people to relevant follow-up pages, while team plans add shared templates and permissions. A free Basic account is available, with a limited number of viewable responses per survey.
Send respondents to the right follow-up
Question Skip Logic moves a person to a later page or a question on that page. For a post-event survey, an answer can skip the session questions when someone did not attend.
- In Design Survey, select a supported question, such as Multiple Choice or Dropdown.
- Open Logic and choose each answer's destination in Then skip to....
- Choose the page or destination question and save.
Routes move forward through the survey. The logic guide also supports NPS, Star Rating and single-row Matrix/Rating Scale questions.
