What it does
Stamped Reviews collects product ratings, written feedback, photos and videos. Request timing can follow delivery, while topic and sentiment analysis helps teams inspect recurring feedback or mismatches between text and stars. Reviews is available separately from Stamped's loyalty products.
Manage what reaches your review widgets
In Reviews, a green eye means published; click it to unpublish. Open an individual review to use Publish, Unpublish or Archive. Archived feedback can be published again later. Stamped does not let merchants rewrite customer reviews or ratings.
For automatic publishing, open Settings > Customize > Reviews > Publish Reviews. Enable Auto-Publish, choose the minimum rating for immediate publication of verified reviews, set the delay and save. Lower-rated or unverified reviews can still publish after the delay, which is limited to 14 days. The rating threshold is not a permanent filter. Shop App reviews follow a separate publishing process.

All store orders count, even when a review request is excluded. Requests queue once the allowance is used; excess backlog can be archived. Order allowances reset on the first of the month, separately from your subscription renewal.
Stamped has discontinued its free Starter plan. Displaying reviews in its widgets requires a paid plan. Dashboard users need an associated Stamped account even when entering through Shopify; the store owner or administrator can invite staff and choose their permissions.

Watch out for
- Excluding review requests does not remove those orders from the plan allowance
- Shop App reviews are not controlled by the Auto-Publish switch
